Where to start
- Sign in with the account created from your invitation.
What to do

If you have already accepted the invitation, sign in rather than repeatedly opening its original link.

If the page says invalid or expired and you have not joined, ask the sender to resend it.

Use the newest invitation and the intended email address. Keep invitation tokens out of support screenshots.
What happens next
A replacement invitation or your existing account gets you back to the correct journey.
If you need help
Do not create a second account with a different address just to bypass the invitation.
Can I reuse an accepted invitation?
Use Sign in once the account exists; ask the sender for a fresh invitation when setup has not completed.
