Send a private enquiry to your employer’s HR team

Use the private HR route for an employment question.

For Employee

Where to start

  • Open Messages → New conversation → Private HR enquiry.

What to do

  1. 01

Choose Private HR enquiry under Conversation type rather than General conversation or Task conversation.

  2. 02

Select What do you need help with? and write a clear title and first message, including only relevant employment information.

  3. 03

Read the privacy guidance: the enquiry is restricted to you and its named HR owner. It is your employer’s HR route, not an external Dekela adviser conversation.

  4. 04

Choose Send enquiry when ready. Your employer’s routing selects an eligible HR owner; you do not select or grant their HR role through this form.

  5. 05

Follow replies and permitted shared files in the same thread. Check that a message saved before repeating an uncertain send.

  6. 06

If the route is unavailable, ask your employer who handles HR enquiries. Do not put the concern into a public help search or general platform-error report.

What happens next

Private HR enquiries and external Dekela adviser conversations are different workflows.

If you need help

Do not put an employment concern into a public Help Centre search or platform error report. If the route is unavailable, ask your employer who handles HR enquiries.

Is this the same as contacting Dekela advisers?

No. Employer HR enquiries and external adviser support are separate routes.
