Approve the purpose, access level and duration of a temporary grant, or withdraw it explicitly.
Open Access and read the current grant and named adviser assignments. The grant covers the authorised MyDekela HR team; named assignments do not define its full membership.
For a new grant, choose Set up temporary access. Describe the support purpose and select the offered access level and duration.
Choose Review access. Check the scope and expiry: billing, ownership, passwords and security settings are excluded from these adviser controls.
Tick the temporary-access confirmation and choose Grant access now only when authorised. This grants access immediately; advisers use their own accounts and their sessions are recorded.
When access is no longer required, choose Withdraw access, enter the reason and review the withdrawal. Confirm with Withdraw access now to close the current grant immediately.
Check Access and History for the resulting state. Grants expire automatically at their recorded expiry; earlier grants in History do not mean access is currently active.
The authorised adviser team receives the approved scope for the recorded period. Withdrawal closes the current grant and retains its evidence trail.
A support conversation or case request does not grant access. Resolve an existing proposed or active engagement before starting another; do not create a grant just to test the controls.
No. The access grant is a separate explicit authorisation.
