Filter or open the relevant dated event and read its recorded action.

For an access review, check actual people, roles and scope.

What happens next
Audit events provide retained evidence. Opening a review does not certify it or change permissions.
If you need help
An empty search does not prove an event never occurred. Check the date range, workspace and available audit scope before concluding.
