Find people and reporting relationships without confusing them with access roles.

Where to start
- Open Manage → More → Company profile or Organisation chart when available.
What to do

Read the company profile without editing it unless authorised.

Use the chart to inspect reporting relationships and available employee links.

Check a person’s profile or ask the administrator if a name, photo or relationship looks wrong.
What happens next
The chart reflects recorded reporting relationships; it does not itself assign HR privileges.
If you need help
A reporting line and an administrator role are different settings. Missing photos can be an account or image-access issue.
Does a reporting line grant HR access?
No. Access roles are managed separately.
