Request adviser support for a case

Review the help requested and sharing authorisation before contacting Dekela HR.

For HR administrator

Where to start

  • Open HR cases and the case’s support controls.

What to do

  1. 01

Open the intended case and its support controls. Check that this is the appropriate confidential route for the requested help.

  2. 02

Choose the support service and urgency, describe the help needed and select the preferred contact method. Supply the contact details requested by the form.

  3. 03

Read the authorisation to ask Dekela HR for help and share these case details on behalf of your organisation. Include only information needed for that purpose.

  4. 04

Choose Review details, read the request and confirm sending only when authorised. Sending does not grant workspace access or create a legal retainer; scope and fees are confirmed separately.

  5. 05

Follow the saved request status and adviser updates. If the request is no longer needed, use Withdraw request and review its confirmation.

  6. 06

Check the resulting request status. Withdrawal retains the request history; it is not deletion of the case or evidence.

What happens next

The adviser team receives a support request. Any temporary workspace access requires a separate explicit grant.

If you need help

Never include unnecessary employee details in general platform-help requests. Granting adviser access uses a separate authorised workflow.

Does withdrawing the request erase its history?

No. Withdrawal records a status change and retains the request history.

Guidance reviewed 4 October 2026. Available controls depend on your workspace and access.
