Find your tools on web and Android

Understand personal tools, management tools and why menus differ.

For all roles

Where to start

  • Open More, expand a category, then choose a tool. Search More searches tool names, descriptions and categories.
  • Use Manage for management tools when available. App settings and My profile are in the Account card below the categories.

What to do

  1. 01

Use your personal tools for your own work and Manage for authorised team or administration tasks.

  2. 02

On Android, expand a More category such as My work, My development, My documents or Voice & support. Manage uses categories such as People & organisation and Compliance & reporting.

  3. 03

If you know the tool name, enter it in Search tools; matching categories open to show their results. Clear the search to return to your category view.

  4. 04

On web, use the navigation available for your role. Employee, manager and HR navigation can use different names for the same underlying area.

  5. 05

If a guide describes a tool you cannot see, ask your workspace administrator to check your permissions, plan and portal stage. A Help Centre role filter does not give you access.

What happens next

The menu shows the tools available to your account; web and Android do not have identical administration menus.

If you need help

Bulk imports, billing and management evidence-pack creation stay on the web. A missing tool does not automatically mean the app is broken.

Why can my colleague see more tools?

Their role or workspace access may differ. Ask your administrator to check your access rather than sharing accounts.

Guidance reviewed 3 October 2026. Available controls depend on your workspace and access.
