Review the correct employee and period before sharing a review.
Open the intended employee’s performance controls and choose whether to schedule a review or record a completed review.
For scheduling, choose the review date and frequency. Review details, then Confirm schedule only for the agreed plan.
For recording, enter the review date, period, achievements and manager summary. Add strengths, development needs, outcome and an optional rating as appropriate.
Check the next review date and any objectives, their success measures and due dates. Select Request employee acknowledgement only when appropriate and an employee account is available.
Choose Review details and read the full content and acknowledgement setting. Confirm and share records the review and shares it with the employee; it is not a private draft.
Reopen Reviews to verify the saved record. If a review already exists for that date or saving was uncertain, inspect it before creating another.
A recorded review is shared with the employee. Scheduling and recording are separate, and a receipt acknowledgement does not mean agreement.
An acknowledgement is not proof of agreement. Keep confidential management material within its authorised record.
