Read reviews, objectives and one-to-one actions

Keep your feedback, objectives and follow-up actions in view.

For Employee

Where to start

  • Open More → My performance.

What to do

  1. 01

Open the shared review and read the manager summary, achievements, strengths, development needs, outcome and next review date.

  2. 02

If acknowledgement is requested, read its receipt wording, add comments where offered and confirm only after reading. Acknowledging receipt does not mean agreeing with the contents.

  3. 03

Check the acknowledgement receipt afterwards. If no acknowledgement was requested, the review does not offer that action.

  4. 04

Open Objectives to inspect success measures, due dates and progress history. Your manager maintains these review objectives.

  5. 05

In One-to-ones, use Upcoming, Completed and Cancelled to find the meeting. Read its date/time, location or link and shared conversation notes.

  6. 06

Check Your follow-up actions and mark an open action assigned to you complete only after doing it. If it changed while open, refresh the record before trying again.

What happens next

A review acknowledgement records the stated response. Your manager maintains review objectives.
