Use your onboarding journey to see the next useful action.
Read Welcome for your start date and first-day arrangements: when to arrive, where to go or join, who to ask for, equipment and your first-week plan. To be confirmed means an arrangement has not been supplied yet.
Open Actions and read the next action assigned to you. Check its instructions and current state before supplying a response or evidence.
Use the action’s offered control to provide the requested information. Check the saved state; Awaiting employer review means you are waiting for a review, not that you must keep uploading.
Open Checks & documents for the supporting requests and records you are permitted to see. Read feedback before replacing evidence.
Open Your access to understand your current portal stage. Your employer controls wider employee access; an accepted offer or signed contract does not activate every tool.
Revisit the journey for outstanding actions and updated first-day details. Completed actions remain as a record of what has been done.
Completed actions stay visible in the journey. An accepted offer or signed contract does not automatically complete every onboarding check.
If access is limited to onboarding, your administrator controls when the full employee portal becomes available.
Your employer may still need checks, actions or an access activation step.
