Provide the requested documents and follow HR’s review without uploading duplicate copies.
Read the request’s title, instructions and feedback. On web, use Supply evidence or Replace evidence; Android uses Provide evidence or Update evidence.
Complete the fields required by that request and attach the intended file if one is requested. The pre-employment form accepts PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB.
Check the file and details before using Submit securely. Supply only what the request asks for through this secure workflow.
Check the saved submission and current status. Submitted or Awaiting HR review means you have supplied evidence; Verified or Verified by HR means an authorised reviewer has recorded the review.
If HR requests a replacement, read the feedback and use the replacement/update control. Otherwise leave the saved item in place while HR reviews it.
Return to the journey’s next-step message. Your contract may be being prepared; signing it does not itself verify the evidence.
The submission remains saved for HR review. Uploading evidence alone does not complete a required check or activate full employee access.
A request is actionable when it is Requested or Needs attention. If it is already submitted, inspect its details rather than uploading again. Ask HR if the instructions, required file or feedback are unclear; do not send identity documents through a public help form.
No. Submitted records that evidence has been supplied. An authorised HR reviewer records verification or asks for a replacement.
