Read and download a document
Use the full-screen reader without squeezing a page into a card.

Where to start
- Open More → My documents & policies, then Read document.
- Use the full-screen reader controls for pages and zoom.
What to do

Open the intended document’s details and check its title and version before choosing Read document or its preview action.

In the Android full-screen reader, use + to enlarge a PDF and scroll across or down to read it. Use Fit width to reset the zoom without stretching the page.

For a PDF with more than one page, use Previous and Next and check the page number. Single-page PDFs do not need those controls.

Use Download where offered. On Android, choose the save location in the system picker; cancelling that picker does not save a file.

Use the reader’s back arrow or Android Back to return to the underlying details. Reading or downloading alone does not complete an acknowledgement or signature.
What happens next
Reading and downloading are separate from signing, accepting or acknowledging.
If you need help
For Preview unavailable, close the reader and reopen the document, or use Download where offered. If an earlier link has expired, reopen it from the app rather than reusing the link. If the phone cannot open a downloaded file, check its filename and file type, then try the in-app reader. Do not share a private document link as a workaround.
Does reading a document sign it?
No. Signing, acceptance and acknowledgement each need their own response action.
