Use the action that matches the document’s requested response.
Open the document that is awaiting your response. Check its title, version, employer and requested action.
Read the whole document before deciding. On web, the joining journey keeps Your offer, Your documents and Your contract together; use the relevant tab rather than looking for three separate journeys.
For an offer, use the available acceptance or decline control and read its confirmation. Check the full name and any required review statement before recording your own decision.
For a contract, read the signature statement and complete the requested signature details only when you are ready to sign. For a policy, read the exact acknowledgement wording; the action is different from signing a contract.
Check the resulting Accepted, Signed or Acknowledged state. Use retained copies or Completed responses to revisit the record. If the result is uncertain, reopen it before trying again.
Continue to the next stage shown. Accepted offers, supplied evidence and signed contracts have separate states; completing one does not automatically finish the others.
Each response records the action requested for that document. Downloading alone does not complete it.
If the document is being prepared, withdrawn, already answered or not yet ready, a response control may be absent. Check the next-step message and ask the sender about wording or missing documents before deciding. Reading or downloading does not record your response.
Read the wording of the specific action. Acknowledgement can record receipt without agreement.
