Keep track of past requests and use the available cancellation controls.
Open Upcoming & pending for future or pending records, or History for past records. Select the intended request and check its dates and current status.
For eligible pending leave, choose Withdraw request. Read the explanation and enter the cancellation reason before confirming withdrawal.
For eligible approved leave, choose Request cancellation, record the reason and choose Send cancellation. Your leave stays booked until the cancellation is approved.
Check Cancellation request on the saved record. Awaiting review means the original approved leave remains in place; Declined means it remains approved and booked.
Read the reviewer’s response and check the resulting status and balance after a completed cancellation. The cancellation and original request remain recorded.
If the request has already started or its status does not offer cancellation, contact your employer’s HR team for the appropriate route.
Withdrawing a pending request and cancelling approved leave are different actions. Sending an approved-leave cancellation does not immediately release the booking.
Android offers withdrawal/cancellation for eligible pending or approved records that have not started, with no cancellation already awaiting review. Clearing a notification does not cancel leave. A future expected sickness record has its own withdrawal route.
