Read the retained safety snapshot and understand what its JSON download contains.
Check the report reference and that you are authorised to create or download its evidence.
On Android, choose View and download evidence pack. The app creates a retained snapshot of the report, corrective actions and event history.
Read the full-screen pack. Check its creation date, report details, action records and history; references to evidence held elsewhere are not copies of those original files.
Use Download when an authorised copy is needed. The Android safety pack is a .json file containing structured records, rather than a PDF report.
Choose the permitted save location. Cancelling the picker does not remove the report or its retained pack.
Return to the source report for changes made after the snapshot. Treat the pack as dated evidence rather than a live status view.
A retained snapshot can be reviewed in the app and downloaded as JSON. It does not certify that a hazard has been resolved.
If your phone cannot open a JSON file, use the in-app evidence reader. Check the original report for newer changes and use an approved secure destination for downloaded evidence.
